To contribute to carbon neutrality through energy conservation and energy generation, we are conducting comprehensive research encompassing materials, devices, and systems for environmentally friendly semiconductors, termed “green semiconductors.” Within this framework, we are focusing our research efforts on establishing fundamental theories and developing technologies related to crystal growth for controlling the physical properties of green semiconductors. Building upon semiconductor crystal engineering and semiconductor crystal growth technology, we aim to contribute to the advancement of the field of green semiconductors and the development of an environmentally friendly semiconductor industry through integration with various other fields.
